The Premium Program includes:
- Monthly programming tailored to you – your level, goals, and weekly and season schedule
- Eight Virtual or In-Person* sessions
- Coach-guided training: regular communication with Coach Kelleigh
- Access to Lion Ethik's training app - Great for tracking progress and easy access to exercise videos
How the Premium Program works:
- Available for New and Existing Members
- Rolling enrollment
- The membership fee renews at the completion of each stage of the program (4 weeks).
